Find out how a typical project with us might look.

Every project has a different outcome, but we usually follow a similar process to get there. That means you can have a good idea of what to expect from us.

On this page, we'll take you through the different stages in a typical branding and web design project.

We have an introductory chat with you.

Every great friendship has to start somewhere, and it's the same with us.

You may already know us, you might have been given our names, or you might have found us on the world wide web and booked an intro call with us.

However you find us, we start with a quick call to get to know each other, find out what you're hoping to achieve, and make sure we're the people to help you do it.

We send you a proposal for the project.

Based on what you need, we'll bundle up different services into three packages.

The way it works is that each package or "option" builds on and includes the previous option. So if you go for Option 2, that includes everything in Option 1 too.

Our proposal will go through the packages and explain the benefit of each. In the end, we'll give you a fixed price for each Option so you can choose the best fit.

We kick off with a discovery session.

One you've picked your Option, we'll pick your brains in a "discovery session".

We want to get an understanding of who your customers are, whom you want them to be, and what kind of feel you want your brand or website to have.

We'll keep working closely with you throughout the process, so don't worry if you change your mind later on. This session gives us just enough to get started.

We do basic research about the project.

Our research will focus on two areas: your audience and your industry.

The point is to make sure we know as much as possible about what other similar organisations are doing, and what the needs are of your main audiences.

We don't have access to fancy research facilities or databases, but we'll pull together everything we can find on the internet to start on the right foot.

We develop your brand identity.

Brand identity includes look (logo, colours, fonts) and sound (words and tone).

We'll start with the look, moving from black & white logo sketches to colours to fonts. You'll be part of each round, making sure you like the direction it's heading.

Then we'll think about your sound, the words you use, the tone you write with, how you communicate. We'll summarise all this into guidelines you can follow.

We build your website.

Now that your brand has a look and a sound, it's ready to go on the internet.

We'll start with a structure and some sketches, making sure the site is easy to navigate. The key here is knowing who will be using it, and what they'll want to do.

Then we'll get to work in Wix, our tool of choice for building websites. Each week we'll jump on a call with you to show our progress, and make sure you're happy.

We hand it all over to you.

Once the website is done, we'll package everything up neatly and it will be yours.

You'll get the logo in different variations and file types, depending on how you want to use it. The website and domain will be transferred under your name.

This is the end - for now. It's important to keep in mind that no brand lasts forever. Now and again we'd recommend evaluating whether it's time for a refresh.
